  • Tent/ sleeping gear/ flashlight
  • Foldable camp chair
  • Big Tarp (big enough to seat 14 people) or the equivalent  (Provided)
  • Basic First Aid Kit (i.e. Band-aids etc.)
  • Sunscreen 
  • Bug Spray
  • Personal Gear

Ward Gear List

  • There will be 2 camping areas (one for the YM and one for the YW)
  • Tents for leaders and separate tents for youth – both YM and YW
  • Ground cover/ tarp for these tents etc. 
  • Tarp/ shelter in case of rain
  • Chairs for youth & leaders for night activities (on gear list)
  • First Aid Kit- Basic (i.e. band-aids, etc.)
  • Extra Toilet paper for emergencies (there will be porta-potties on site, but in case)
  • Axe
  • Fire starting supplies. Firewood will be supplied
  • Big Sunscreen & Big Bug Spray
  • Jug of Water (Blue Water Containers)

Leave at Home

  • Electronic devices
  • Cooking equipment
  • Food, snacks etc.
